At EB Psychiatric Associates, as a healthcare professional with personal experience caring for a loved one for over 18 years with a mental health disorder, I am an “expert by experience”.
We offer a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication prescription and management, adjunct supportive therapy as add on with medication management as needed, gene sight testing, diagnostic assessment, and wellness care.
Virtual telehealth visits only currently.
I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner and prescribe psychotropic medications for mental health disorders. I do not prescribe controlled substances currently.
You can call and speak to my office manager, leave a message, send an email and/or book an appointment through the website.
Your first appointment is an initial psychiatric evaluation, get to know your provider and ask any questions that you may have.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs. Per our cancellation policy, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
There is a $50 no-show fee per our practice policy.
Yes, I do accept Aetna, CareFirst BCBS, John Hopkins, Optum, Medicaid and Medicare.
We offer flexible and affordable payment options. Please ask us about our fee schedules for out-of pocket cost services. Acceptable payment options include American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and Apple pay.
